The Requirement
The Thai Limited Company should have a paid up capital of THB2,000,000 to sponsor/hire 1 foreigner.
You do not need to provide proof of fund to be able to sponsor/hire a foreigner
The Thai Limited Company must have at least 2 shareholders.
Foreigner can only hold up to 49% of the company shares. The remaining shares can be held for you by a Thai Shareholder
The Thai Limited Company must hire 4 Thais (provide their SSO receipt as proof) to sponsor/hire 1 foreigner
The Director in a Thai Limited Company has the most authority and this position can be held legally by a Foreigner
A Foreigner can also be the sole signatory of the Company Bank Account

Your Thai Limited Company is registered at DBD, Revenue Department & Social Security Office.
Day 40 to 55
Go to Immigration Office to pick up your Passport with your 3 months Non B Visa.
Day 55 to 65
Your 1 Year Work Permit is ready for pick up.
Day 110 to 120
Go to Immigration Office to extend your Non B Visa for 1 year.

Who will be the Director and the Commissioner
We recommend the person who are actively running the business and will reside in Indonesia most of the time to be the Director.
